The Sorsogon City Water District (SCWD), together with its joint venture partner, PrimeWater-Sorsogon City, is committed to fully serve the general public to the best of its ability without regard to age, gender, or economic status. It is also committed to uphold the highest standard of public service consistent with its mandate as a public utility to deliver safe, portable, adequate and affordable water to the consuming public.

SCWD’s staff is properly trained and highly motivated to cater to the needs and complaints of its concessionaires and the general public.

A Public Assistance and Complaint Desk (PACD) is being maintained by SCWD’s Officers of the Day and Customer Service Aide to serve those who are transacting business with the partnership, particularly on applications for water service connections as well as service requests and/or complaints on the delivery of its services from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM without lunch break and from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN and 1:00 to 5:00 PM on Saturdays.

Collection of bill payments is being undertaken by its joint venture partner, PrimeWater-Sorsogon City, on a daily basis (except Sundays and holidays) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM without lunch break, Other collecting agents/entities are available to serve concessionaires beyond these hours.

The maintenance and new connection teams of the partnership is composed of personnel who are experienced in the field of plumbing and repair and installation of service connections and are equipped with sufficient training and appropriate tools and equipment to perform their jobs.

Moreover, SCWD in partnership with PrimeWater-Sorsogon City is continually expanding and improving its services to be able to serve the people in its service area in the city of Sorsogon.
