Please be informed that PrimeWater-Sorsogon City will be implementing three payment options for the customers to avail this June 2020 in order to ease the burden of paying their water bills during this pandemic crisis. The following options are as follows:
 

1. NO PENALTY, if June bill and March to May arrears are paid on or before June due date. In the Statement of Account(SOA), the penalty amount will be reflected in the Total Amount after due date.
    
2. NO Disconnection but WITH Penalty, if bill for the month of June and 1 month arrear(plus penalty) are paid this June. Corresponding penalties will be charged for unpaid bills for March, April, and May.
    
3. ACCEPTANCE of Partial Payment. Remaining arrears (after paying June bill and at least 1 month arrears with penalty) shall be paid on the next month. In July, customers shall pay another two(2) months (July bill + 1 month arrears with penalty). The same principle will apply in August if customer has 3 months unpaid bill.

Kindly note that disconnection notice will be printed in SOA just like it is usually done. If and when the customers failed to settle their payment obligations given the payment options above, actual disconnection will take place on the second week of June.
