Who may avail of the service?
Those who need water service connection within the service area of SCWD.
What are the requirements?
- Attendance to an orientation seminar every Friday at 8:00 to 10:00 AM
- Barangay certification for water service connection to SCWD
- Accomplished application form
- Proof of ownership (either of the following)
- Land Title
- Deed of sale
- Any proof of ownership
- One (1) valid ID card.
- One (1) piece 1"x1" ID picture
- Authorization letter if applying thru a representative.
- Other requirements that may arise after inspection, such as:
- Certification from the Department of Public Works and Highways
- Certification from the City Engineers Office
- Certification from the Provincial Engineers Office
